The subject-related articles in the Handbook for Upper School Teaching at Waldorf Schools (Sigler et al. 2018) were revised into a series of individual booklets for the international Waldorf school movement and then translated into English (including Mathematics in Waldorf Schools [Sigler 2021], Physics in Waldorf Schools [Sommer 2021], Biology in Waldorf Schools [Rohde 2022]).
The article on chemistry was originally written by Ulrich Wunderlin. Unfortunately, he has since passed away, so he was unable to continue working on the revised edition. This booklet fills the resulting gap. For this purpose, it has been completely rewritten. It is dedicated to Ulrich Wunderlin in memory of his significant contributions to Waldorf chemistry education.
